Hannah Cash, owner, and founder of Yachting Lawyers. With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the marine industry, Hannah is a leading solicitor based in the UK, specialising in non-contentious marine law legal matters.

Throughout her career, Hannah has represented a diverse range of clients, including boat manufactures, marine owners and operators, yacht brokers, maritime businesses, private owners, trust and offshore companies, and owner managed businesses.

Hannah possesses extensive knowledge in areas involving non-contentious marine law including sale and purchase contracts, boat registrations, new build contracts, refit and schedule of work agreements, regulatory compliance, syndicate agreements, ownership and structuring advise and boat charter arrangements, allowing her to provide bespoke tailored legal solutions to meet the needs of clients.
